Dark Puddle Games is me building the kind of game I wanted to play, one system, song, wreck, and bad idea at a time.
I’m Eric Summers, an independent developer and a medically retired veteran. Trash Crasher is a personal project in the most literal sense: I’m responsible for the game’s direction, world, writing, design, and the daily work of making all of those parts function together.
Music is part of that work too. For Puddle, I write the lyrics, concepts, stories, and creative direction. I use AI music tools for performance and production—turning what I write and imagine into finished tracks that can actually live inside the game.
CRASH FM uses my own music because I did not have the rights to use other artists’ work, and because I had zero interest in filling the game with generic basic-ass game elevator music. Trash Crasher needed a station with a pulse. DJ Endo needed something worth talking over. Puddle gave both of them a voice.
Thank you for playing, for listening, and for giving this strange little world some of your time. I hope you enjoy the ride, the music, DJ Endo, and everything CRASH FM manages to broadcast before the signal drops.
